BioWorks engaged Strategies by Design to help create, launch, and operationalize a custom innovation system to drive specific outcomes such as process improvement projects and differentiated products and services – among other things aligned with our strategic vision.

With the help of Dr. Judith Cardenas, we were able to create a thoughtful, engaging system that our team members are using to drive change.

Spartanburg Community College hosted a NISOD Regional Workshop titled “The Age of Artificial Intelligence and Learning” facilitated by Judith Cardenas. Dr. Cardenas and her team led us through a journey of self-actualization, self-empowerment, and ways of thinking out of the box, especially creating ways of doing business during and beyond this global pandemic.
