SHARAD JONES, PhD

Dr. Sharad Jones is a Senior Consultant at Strategies By Design and serves as a Professional Practice Assistant Professor of Data Analytics and Information Systems at the Huntsman School of Business, Utah State University.

Before earning his PhD, Dr. Jones worked as a Data Scientist at Carvana, an online used car retailer, from 2014 to 2017. After completing his PhD, he took on the role of Senior Data Scientist at Striveworks, a government contractor specializing in developing operational data science platforms. With his rich experience in both academia and industry, Dr. Jones specializes in teaching Machine Learning, AI, and Ethical Data Science, and plays a pivotal role in guiding leaders through the evolving landscape of AI and disruptive technologies.
