The Corporate Coach program is a fast-paced, high content coaching program designed for professionals who want a quality, respected Coaching program at a reasonable cost.

Upon successful completion of this program, you will receive the Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) designation through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).

Intensive Training Workshop – Virtual (online)

This workshop is designed to emphasize rapid application of practical principles, skills, and techniques.

Two Individual Coaching Sessions With Assigned Coach

Our experienced coaches will schedule four personal telephone sessions after you complete your workshop.

Designation Process

You are eligible to receive the Registered Corporate Coach℠ (RCC) designation from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) upon successfully completing all requirements: workshop, coaching hours, assignments, and passing a written exam.

By the end of the RCC program, you will:

  • Receive a coaching tool kit coupled with individualized coaching that encourages immediate success and a fast start to workplace coaching
  • Have a clear understanding of the differences between coaching, consulting, counseling, mentoring, managing
  • Gain proficiency in using Powerful Questions
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using the 5 step coaching process
  • Understand when and how to use assessment tools in the coaching process
  • Determine blocks to success and job satisfaction
  • Be able to apply key coaching tools to workplace issues
  • Learn how to effectively challenge others to overcome self-defeating belief systems
  • Experience being coached by a professional corporate coach
  • Receive specific feedback on your coaching style
  • Enjoy a hands-on, practical workshop designed to maximize learning and application of concepts
  • Complete the program and earn the designation of Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
